15-day request window

Please contact us within 15 days after delivery if you need help with an order. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout so that we can review your request.

Hygiene and personal-use products

Because products in our store may be intimate or personal-use items, we do not ask customers to send products back before contacting us. Do not return an item unless we give you written return instructions.

Eligible issues

We review requests individually. Examples of issues that may be eligible for a resolution include an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or another order issue that we confirm after review.

For change-of-mind requests, an item should be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging. Eligibility can depend on the product type and the condition of the item.

Refunds without return

For eligible requests, we may offer a refund without requiring the product to be returned. This is decided case by case after review. A refund, replacement, partial refund, or another appropriate resolution may be offered depending on the issue and the information available.

• Photos or video where relevant, for example when an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Please keep the item and its packaging until we have reviewed your request and provided next steps.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. A cancellation can only be considered before the order enters processing or dispatch; we cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfilment has started.

Refund timing

When a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method where possible. The time for a refund to appear can depend on your payment provider or bank.
